Vedrana Jelušić Kašić

Vedrana Jelušić Kašić is the Member of the Management Board at Privredna banka Zagreb, a member of Intesa SanPaolo Group. She is responsible for the Corporate activities with Large and SME clients and the Investment Banking Area. She is also the President of the Supervisory Board of PBZ-Leasing d.o.o. and a member of the several committees at the Bank. Previously, Jelušić Kašić was the Partner in charge of Financial Advisory at Deloitte Croatia from 2018 to 2021. She was responsible for providing expert advice in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring, She was also the Leader for Corporate Governance and the Leader for the Private Sector Initiative for the Adriatic Cluster.  Vedrana Jelušić Kašić worked for more than 20 years at the EBRD, from 1998 to 2018, where she was the Director for Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Slovakia. She was also responsible for the EBRD activities in agribusiness, food & beverages and retail sector in 12 countries of South East Europe from 2007 to 2013 and additionally served as a Non-Executive Director at supervisory boards of several leading private corporates in South East Europe. Vedrana Jelušić Kašić gained early business experience at Raiffeisen Bank, Croatia, Merrill Lynch Private Client Group, USA, the Croatian National Bank and Monte Titoli, Italy.   Vedrana Jelušić Kašić holds M.A. in International Economics and Finance from the Brandeis University, USA, and B.A. from the Economics University, Zagreb and is holder of two Chancellor’s awards. She completed financial coursework at Wirtschaftsuniversität, Vienna and Institut für Wirtschaftwissenschaften, Vienna and is a holder of the Non-Executive Director Diploma by Financial Times, London. Vedrana was the member of the Croatian President’s advisory councils to the two Presidents of the Republic of Croatia (2018-19 and 2020-21). She was voted five times among the 10 Top Business Women in Croatia by the Croatian business magazine and named among most influential business women for 2020 by the Croatian Women’s Network.
