Ricardo De Vecchi Galindo

Ricardo De Vecchi is Head of the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Sustainable Infrastructure Unit at IDB Invest, the private arm of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) Group, where he leads a team providing advice to governments and private companies throughout the PPP lifecycle. With over 17 years of experience in the preparation, structuring and financing of sustainable infrastructure, he previously was Coordinator of IADB´s Emerging and Sustainable Cities Initiative in Mexico, Peru and Colombia and Special Advisor for Mexico´s National Infrastructure Fund. He also served as Vice-president for Latin America at CG/LA Infrastructure in Washington, DC. He holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Master´s in Diplomatic Studies from Mexico´s Diplomatic Academy and a Bachelor´s Degree in International Business from Mexico´s Monterrey Institute of Technology.
