Mariona Vicens is member of the Management Committee of CaixaBank from January 2023.
She holds and Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Currently, Mariona Vicens is Head of Digital Transformation and Advanced Analytics. She joined CaixaBank in 2012 as Director of Innovation and since 2018 she has been Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation.
Mariona started her career in McKinsey & Co as Associate Principal, working in the financial area and in the pharmaceutic area.
Prior to join CaixaBank she developed her career in the Strategic and Business Development areas in Novartis, with international experience in China and Switzerland.
