The IIF recently submitted a letter to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin detailing key issues for the Treasury to consider in the context of its review of President Trump's Executive Order on Financial Regulation. Building on our recent International Regulatory Standards ' paper, our letter argues that international consistency and engagement is beneficial for the U.S.'  We also outline a non-exhaustive list of regulatory policy areas for the Treasury to review.
