These executives and transformation leaders shared how leading institutions are changing culture, talent, and structure alongside technology so they can truly transform the customer experience, employee capabilities, operational efficiency, and business economics. These enablers are helping overcome the challenges that were set out in our first report and discussed in FRT episode 60.
