How do I register for the 2017 IIF AMM?

Online registration for this meeting closed on September 28, 2017. Registration requests received after this date will require onsite registration. My firm’s Group CEO or Chairman is interested in attending this event, and my organization is a member of the IIF. Does my Group CEO or Chairman receive complimentary registration?

Yes, the CEO and/or Chairman delegate of each IIF member firm will receive complimentary registration for this event. For questions or issues relating to registration, please contact meetings@iif.com

Are government officials required to pay a registration fee?

Government officials are not required to pay a registration fee.  

I am a speaker for this event, do I need to register?

As a confirmed speaker, your registration for this event will be automatically completed by the IIF.

Are group discounts available?

Groups of 3 or more paid individuals from the same organization save 20% on event registration fees. To register your group, please email meetings@iif.com.

How do I know that my registration is confirmed

Within two weeks of submitting your registration, you will receive an e-mail with your registration status, payment receipt, and additional details. If you do not receive this email within two weeks, please contact us at meetings@iif.com.

When will I receive the Program Agenda?

Details regarding the Program Agenda, including themes, specific timing and confirmed speakers, will be released on our website as details become available.

Is there a list of all registered participants for the 2017 IIF AMM?

A list of participants will be available approximately two weeks prior to the event on the IIF Meetings event app.

I need a visa to travel to the meeting. How do I obtain a visa?

All inquiries regarding visa requirements should be directed to your local consulate or travel agent. Please ensure that you apply for your visa at your earliest convenience should you require one.

How can the IIF help with the visa process?

The IIF can only issue an official invitation letter which can be used in the visa application process. The IIF is unable to intervene on behalf of meeting participants in the visa process.

How do I register my spouse for the meeting?

Spouses are welcome to join the meeting. To register a spouse, please e-mail meetings@iif.com with the name of your spouse at least 30 days prior to the event.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and accommodations. We encourage all attendees to make these arrangements as soon as possible as hotels will be selling out quickly over these dates. For a list of hotels near the event venue, please click here. Please note, the IIF’s room block at the J.W. Marriott has been filled. 

Will I be sent meeting materials ahead of the meeting?

No. All meeting materials, including the IIF-issued badges, will be available for pick-up onsite or available on the event mobile app. A final communication with details on how to pick up the IIF-issued badge will be sent approximately one week prior to the meeting directly to all attendees.

May I collect registration materials on behalf of my delegation?

Yes. If you would like to pick up the registration materials on behalf of your delegation or on behalf of another participant, please be prepared to present the registration confirmation number (as provided in the final communication approximately one week prior to the event) and a copy of a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license) for each participant for whom you plan to collect registration materials.

The IIF cannot release registration materials to anyone other than the registered participant without the registration confirmation number and a copy of a government-issued photo ID.

What is the proper attire for the event?

Business attire is appropriate for all meeting sessions and meals.

Does the IIF provide airport transportation?

No, the IIF does not provide airport transportation. Participants are responsible for their own travel and pick-up arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy for the 2017 IIF AMM?

Our cancellation policy:

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via e-mail to meetings@iif.com.
  • Only cancellation requests received up to thirty (30) days before the event will be refunded. 
  • Cancellation requests will be confirmed in writing via email within 48 hours.
  • A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from refunds.
  • All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. Credit card refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the confirmation.
  • Registrations are non-transferable between attendees or events.
