Junichi (Jun) Fujimori is a Policy Advisor in Regulatory Affairs at the IIF. He currently focuses on Pillar 3 disclosure, sustainable finance including TCFD, GSIB methodology, liquidity risk as well as global regulatory fragmentation. Jun was seconded to the IIF in February 2018 from the Norinchukin Bank in Japan, where he was a manager at Risk Management Division, creating risk management framework for the bank. Jun also has over 7 years of experience in investments in various asset classes such as securitized products, bank loans, and equities where he applied long-term selective investment strategy.

Education

Jun holds two master degrees from U.S. schools: Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine (2006-2008), and Fuqua School of Business, Duke University (2015-2017). Jun holds a Bachelor’s degree in science from Kyoto University in Japan.
