Charlotte Hannagan is the Senior Membership Database Manager and Data Privacy Officer at the IIF, working across the institute to maintain the internal CRM, upkeep data integrity, and monitor and optimize member engagement metrics.
Charlotte has been at the IIF for over 10 years, starting as an assistant in the Regulatory Affairs Department before transitioning to the Membership team to manage the database. She began her career as a research assistant and then an accountant at the Center for Intercultural Education and Development (CIED) at Georgetown University.
Education
Charlotte earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish Literature from Haverford College, and an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University.
