Jennifer Grant serves as the Human Resources Manager at the IIF, where she is responsible for areas such as talent management, benefit administration, payroll and performance management. She brings 13 years of experience, having worked in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining the IIF, Jennifer also held similar management positions at Fairfax County Government, Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) and United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg.
Education
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management (Industrial Relations) from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA in Public Administration from Strayer University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-CP). Jennifer is an active member of many prominent HR organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level (DC SHRM).
