Helene started working at the IIF in 1990, 27 years ago. During her time at the IIF she has worked for the Africa/Middle East Department, the Europe Department, the Administration Department, the Emerging Market Policy Department and now works for the Global Capital Markets Department.

Helene's responsibilities include supporting the department's work on IIF G20 Conference, an annual high-level public-private sector event organized in coordination with the G20 host team, International Capital Markets and Emerging Markets Roundtable Annual Meeting of the Group of Trustees of the Principles for Stable Capital Flow and Fair Debt Restructuring, and Annual Meeting of the IIF with the Paris Club. She also supports the Global Capital Markets Department's work with the following committees: The Emerging Markets Advisory Council (EMAC) and The Group of Trustees of the Principles for Stable Capital Flows and Fair Debt Restructuring.

Education

Helene has a Diplome Universitaire de Technologie in Techniques de Commercialisation (DUT TC) from Université de Picardie in Amiens, France.
