Ibrahim Öztop

Mr. Öztop received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Middle East Technical University, in 1991, and later received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University. Mr. Öztop was appointed as “CEO and Board Member” at Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in August 2018. In addition, Mr. Öztop is also Member of the Executive Committee of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB) and Board Member of TII (Turkish Investment Initiative). He was elected as the Chairperson of the Board of TCMA in October 2021 and serving as the Deputy Chairperson of Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository (CSD) of Türkiye since February 2021 and also serving as Chairperson of Board of Directors of Türkiye Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetim A.Ş. since November 2020. Having approximately 30 years of experience in the banking sector, ÖZTOP worked as a senior executive investment banker in Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (TSKB), in Körfezbank A.Ş. and in Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.
