Delegates representing official and private creditors participated to the 19th Annual Meeting of the Paris Club and the Institute of International Finance (IIF) to discuss debt vulnerabilities in emerging markets and developing countries.
This weekend, the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors issued a statement of support for the Institute of International Finance (IIF)’s Voluntary Principles for Debt Transparency following a meeting in Fukuoka, Japan.
With 38 total participants, the Class of 2019 comes from 37 institutions around the world from nearly two dozen different countries.
