Karen Dozier is the Board Administrator & Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of the IIF. In this role, she provides administrative support for our Board of Directors, including organizing logistics and materials for IIF Board Meetings, as well as providing onsite support at the meetings. Karen also works directly with our President/CEO, managing the Executive Office workflow and priorities, including coordinating the President/CEO’s daily and long-range calendar and busy international travel schedule.
Karen brings over 20 years of executive administrative and office management skills and experience to the IIF, having worked for senior-level executives in both the private and public sectors.
Karen completed coursework at the University of Maryland for Paralegal Studies certification. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Administrative Professionals and the International Association of Administrative Professionals. She also serves as a Notary Public in the District of Columbia.
