The session began with a quick overview of key take-aways from the International Monetary Fund-World Bank Spring Meetings. The discussion then shifted to focus on China, with remarks from Tao Wang, Chief China Economist, Head of Asia Economics at UBS, and Yanliang Miao, Chief Strategist and Managing Director at CICC. Both speakers commented on the macro outlook for China in addition to their take on China - US relations. The session concluded with Q&A from the audience.
