As COP28 draws near and the harmful effects of climate change become increasingly apparent, the need for large-scale funding for adaptation and mitigation projects and initiatives, particularly in emerging economies, is growing. This need calls for significant contributions from both public and private investors.
We are pleased to invite you to two events focused on the potential of blended finance to mobilize private capital for climate action. These discussions will explore the roles of various stakeholders in ensuring the success of blended finance transactions and will delve into the opportunities and challenges of scaling blended finance.
Co-organized by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), these events are crafted as in-person networking opportunities. They aim to bring together investors from diverse asset classes to facilitate dialogue, share knowledge and showcase best practices deploying blended finance approaches for climate action—particularly in sectors and economies most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.
