This was a pivotal moment for China and for the U.S.-China relationship. Therefore, the IIF brought together influential members of the private sector with some of today’s top thinkers in China to focus on key policy issues of the day. The China Roundtable will take place on Friday, April 12 in Washington, DC at IIF’s Headquarters. Three interactive sessions gave participants the opportunity to exchange views on topics including:

  • China’s growth outlook
  • The effects of China’s debt overhang
  • Developments in the financial sector
  • The future of U.S.-China trade negotiations – are major structural reforms feasible?
  • Are we in a “Cold War-light”?

This was an invitation only event.
