We are pleased to have hosted the Global Macro Call on February 23, 2023. This month's session included a discussion on our views on global risk, debt restructuring, Latin America, and the outlook for emerging markets.
This month's Global Macro Call featured Robin Brooks, Managing Director and Chief Economist at the IIF, along with Mario Mesquita, Chief Economist at Itaú Unibanco, and Sergi Lanau Deputy Chief Economist at the IIF. The focus was specifically on Brazil, which we discussed from different perspectives. Mr. Mesquita gave an update on the economic and political situation, and Sergi Lanau complemented that with IIF views. Robin Brooks finished the conversation with an overview from the IIF. The session was interactive and included Q&A from the audience.
