Jean Boissinot is Deputy Director, Financial Stability at Banque de France and head of the NGFS Secretariat since 2021. He was previously a senior advisor to the Governors in charge of financial stability matters. Before joining the Banque de France in 2018, he held various positions at the Direction générale du Trésor, at the HM Treasury (ministère des Finances britanniques) and at Insee.
During his career, he has been involved in numerous international groups (G20, FSB, OECD, etc) and has played an active role in the development of the agenda on finance and climate change both in France and internationally.
