Judson Berkey is a Managing Director at UBS based in Zurich where he has worked since 2003 on global regulatory and compliance topics including recovery and resolution planning, global derivatives and investor protection reforms, revisions of the prudential regulatory regimes, and various operational risk and internal control programs. He also has led global teams to manage UBS interactions with supervisors. He graduated from Harvard Law School and holds degrees in mathematics, economics, and physics from the University of Virginia.
