Stefan Gringel is a Policy Advisor at the IIF, working on Accounting and Sustainable Finance topics in the Regulatory Affairs department. He is currently seconded from Commerzbank AG in Germany.
Stefan has been working at Commerzbank for the past seven years, most recently in Public Affairs. He previously worked in Corporate Communications, where he focused on capital markets and research topics, after having started his career in Commerzbank’s Reputational Risk Management division.
Education
Stefan earned a B.A. in politics and economics from the Technical University of Darmstadt and an M.A. in politics from Goethe University Frankfurt. He also spent a semester at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. He speaks English and German.
