Junaid is IIF’s HR Manager. In this role, He is responsible for the full lifecycle of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, performance, employee relations and benefits and payroll processing. He joined IIF in 2023.
Previously, he served as the HR Manager at Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), where he managed performance, compensation, intern program, staff training, and recruiting. Prior to this role, he spent 5 years in positions of increasing responsibility at T-Rex Solutions, LLC as a Sr. HR Generalist.
Education
Junaid holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
