The IIF has responded to the consultation of the FATF on amendments to Recommendation 24 concerning beneficial ownership transparency standards. The IIF offered feedback on issues concerning the collection of beneficial ownership information, the risk-based approach and access to information concerning the ultimate beneficial owner in corporate structures.
