The Group of Trustees of the Principles for Stable Capital Flows and Fair Debt Restructuring held its 2016 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. to review the progress made on the implementation of the Principles, as highlighted in the 2016 Implementation Report prepared by the PCG.
