Scotiabank CRO Daniel Moore discusses how technological innovation has helped to enhance risk management and offer new services and insights to support the most vulnerable. He reflects on the role of data and analytics in helping to transform the culture of the Risk function, and also on key learnings from the pandemic: the need to lead staff with empathy, and the criticality of tech resilience and preparedness.
