IIF Comments on FATF Beneficial Ownership Consultation

The IIF has submitted comments to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on their consultation on Beneficial Ownership Transparency and Reporting through updates to FATF Recommendation 24. The comments note that FATF has a significant opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of jurisdictional beneficial ownership registries by ensuring high standards are in place internationally.
