The IIF has published a new staff paper on cross-border coherence in the effective design and implementation of financial sanctions and the prevention of sanctions evasion. This new paper addresses key lessons learned from sanctions regimes adopted thus far concerning the Russia-Ukraine conflict and related antecedent actions.
