The IIF and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) have published a new white paper on empirical evidence concerning the risk profile of trade finance under the Basel Framework. The paper provides an overview of data on performance and financial guarantee which support international trade flows and discusses the impact of their current regulatory risk treatment.
