This briefing note summarizes the January 2024 IIF Digital Asset Forum, respecting that the forum is conducted under the Chatham House Rule and does not represent the official position of the IIF or its membership. This session featured perspectives on the outlook for digital assets in 2024. Participants shared their views on ongoing pilot projects and considered the ways the landscape for digital asset project investments has shifted in recent years. While the outlook for the industry has considerably brightened, participants highlighted the ways in which outstanding questions have grown increasingly multifaceted, and thus, complex. The IIF convenes the Digital Asset Forum with our knowledge partner, the Oliver Wyman Forum.
