This briefing note summarizes the April 2024, IIF Digital Asset Forum, respecting that the forum is conducted under the Chatham House Rule and does not represent the official position of the IIF or its membership. Participants raised the need for a cross-functional approach to technology integration, highlighting challenges faced in operational and regulatory aspects of business. Ecosystem wide improvements will support digital asset advancements and payments in particular may be a crucial use case. Coordination among different lines of business and functions could facilitate innovation in the financial system. The IIF convenes the Digital Asset Forum with our knowledge partner, the Oliver Wyman Forum.
